Roadmap & milestones Plans, not commitments

Where we've been. Where we're going.

What shipped, what's in flight, and what we plan next — on the record.

Summit Cognitive builds the layer that proves a consequential decision was authorized, evidence-linked, and policy-compliant. This page tracks the work: the milestones we've actually shipped, the items currently in flight, and the plans we're pursuing. Items dated in the future are plans, not commitments — targets we're steering toward, stated honestly and subject to change.

What has shipped

Three things are live and verifiable today: a production decision-accountability platform, two flagship content channels, and the operational infrastructure underneath — built with no outside capital and a team that fits in a single Zoom window.

PRODUCT · LIVE

Decision Receipt, in production

The Decision Receipt is live at decrec.summitcognitive.ai with a public key and ledger for independent, offline verification. Receipts are signed with Ed25519, with replay determinism measured at 99.9% as of audit date.

CONTENT · LIVE

Two category channels

Two flagship channels are in production: the Dispatches essay series and the Warrant podcast — the category-authority program for an emerging decision-accountability conversation.

INFRA · LIVE

Platform & credentialing

A monorepo of 52 canonical packages plus 5 services backs the platform. Federal credentialing is complete — UEI assigned, SAM.gov registered, CAGE code assigned — with a published NIST 800-171 self-assessment posture.

Production proof points, as of audit date

98.6%

Receipt acceptance rate across governed decisions

9

Governed agents producing signed receipts

3,000+

Signed Decision Receipts on the ledger

99.9%

Replay determinism on independent verification

How to read these numbers. Engineering metrics are stated as of their audit date, not as live counters. They describe the production system as measured; they are not forward-looking claims. Receipts are independently and offline verifiable against the published public key and ledger.

What is next

The near-term plan moves Summit from production system to commercial traction and certified governance. Each item below is a plan we are steering toward, not a commitment — sequenced by what a federal and regulated-enterprise buyer reads before a pitch.

COMMERCIAL

Paid-pilot conversion

Convert a warm design-partner relationship into a first signed, paid pilot that generates Decision Receipts in the customer's own environment, and stand up a design-partner board. Pilot counts are deliberately ranged, never specific; customers are never named.

PLATFORM

Multi-tenant & public-demo path

Ship the multi-tenant architecture and a public demo path so a prospective stakeholder can see the platform generate and verify a receipt without a bespoke environment.

GOVERNANCE

SOC 2 Type I

Pursue SOC 2 Type I. It is planned and scoped, not yet certified — alongside a FedRAMP scope and a planned CMMC path. We never claim a certification we don't hold.

IP

Non-provisional patent filing

Engage patent counsel and convert the provisional application (No. 64/034,952, filed 2026-04-10) to a non-provisional filing ahead of the 2027-04-10 deadline.

MARKET

EU exploration

Explore a European presence. Brian Long is working to secure a speaking slot at Web Summit Lisbon — a talk being secured, in flight, not yet confirmed — and to scope Summit's first European office.

AVAILABILITY

General availability

Targeted general availability of the platform as the multi-tenant path matures and the first pilots run their course. A target, dependent on the work above.

How we report the roadmap

We hold a claims-discipline line on this page as everywhere we publish. Items already shipped are stated as facts and are independently verifiable. Items in the future are plans, not commitments — targets we're steering toward, stated honestly and subject to change as the work and the market move.

Compliance frameworks named here are designed-for-alignment, not yet certified: SOC 2 Type I is planned, FedRAMP is scoped, and CMMC is planned. We never claim a certification we don't hold. The Web Summit Lisbon talk is in flight — being secured, not confirmed or scheduled. Engineering metrics are stated as of their audit date. Independent reviewers have been engaged to scope review work; that review is not complete, so we never claim to have been "independently reviewed."

Anything commercially or operationally sensitive — named customers, specific pipeline counts, financials, cap table, valuation — is summarized or access-gated here, never exposed. For the full quarterly read, see the Q2 2026 stakeholder report.
